Participation and Annual Membership

                                                   Participation in NTAREI

                            Your main benefits of participation in NTAREI include opportunities to -

Access resources and ideas through networking with other local investors and landlords.

Access help and services through networking with the vendors who support the investor community.

Access the educational and informational programs, and other resources, which NTAREI oooooooooprovides.

Help support and promote true professionalism and ethics in the investor industry.

Gain motivation and reinforcement of your positive attitude toward investing by associating with other aooooooooactive, successful investors.

       Annual Membership is not required to participate in NTAREI. Non-Annual Members are always welcome
       and encouraged to attend all Monthly General Meetings and most other events. There is an admission
       fee for non-Annual Members to attend the Monthly General Meeting (usually $20 per person per meeting).

                                             Annual Membership

                                                        In addition to your benefits of participation,
                                        your main benefits of annual membership in NTAREI include -

Free admission to all Monthly General Meetings (a $240 annual value - per person).

Discounted admission to most other NTAREI seminars and events (i.e., "Member Discount Prices")(usually 10-30% off per event).

As we grow and develop our program, other member benefits will be added - such as supplier discounts, access to "members only" resources and events, and more.

Providing your help and support to ensure the continued development of the Association.

Identifying yourself as a serious and committed investor.

Obtaining added motivation to maintain your consistent active involvement with the investor community - so you will keep your knowledge current, and keepup your networking connections (because when you have paid for it in advance, you are more likely to attend).

Enjoying the easiest, simplest way to track your expenses for tax deduction purposes. (Your annual membership dues should be tax deductable. Consult your tax preparer.)

    NTAREI offers two types of Annual Memberships - "Primary" and "Secondary". The Primary Membership is a single membership for an individual, which also includes (at no additional charge) the spouse of that individual. The Secondary Membership is provided as an option for adding a second single membership under the Primary Membership, at a discounted cost. The Secondary Membership is intended to be used for another family member or a business partner.

    Your annual membership continues for twelve months from the date that your application and dues payment are accepted.

    Your annual dues for your Primary Membership (including your spouse) are $139. To add a Secondary Membership (for a business partner, or other family member), the annual dues are only $85.

HOW TO JOIN

    You can join as an Annual Member of NTAREI -
    a) at any NTAREI meeting or event, or
    b) by mail, email or fax, by using the application form shown below, or
    c) online using the secure (PayPal) link provided below.

To join online - You can join online (electronically, via the Internet) using a credit or debit card, or
   a PayPal account, by using the link (secured by PayPal) provided below. (Note, you will also need to complete
   an application form when you attend your first meeting after joining electronically.)

To submit your Membership Application in hard copy:
Membership Application forms are available at all NTAREI events, and you are welcome to join in person when you attend any event. If you prefer to join by email, mail or fax, you can use the following procedure.
1. Please printout the standard application form shown below. (Do so by placing your cursor on the top left corner of the form. When you do this, icons [picture symbols] should appear. Click on the icon which looks like a printer. If the icons do not appear, simply right click on the form, and select "print picture".)
2. Complete the form by filling-in your choices and information, and your payment preference.
3. Then mail, or scan and email, or fax, the completed form to the appropriate address shown at the top of the form.
4. Or, you can simply bring the completed form with you to any NTAREI meeting.
** Please be sure to keep a copy of your completed application for your records.
